Clearly Defined Goals

We have challenged ourselves with five clearly defined targets which encourage Diversity in our business. We are working to achieve these goals by 2025.

  • Goal 1 - at least 50% female representation on our Senior Leadership Team (achieved 2021)
  • Goal 2 - at least 50% ethnically diverse representation on our Senior Leadership Team (achieved 2021)
  • Goal 3 -at least 50% female & under-represented groups benefiting from ASL community projects (achieved 2021)
  • Goal 4 - socially & educationally diverse Intern/Work Experience programme operational in 100% of ASL's key markets (in progress)
  • Goal 5 - at least 50% of ASL's suppliers showing progress on their DEI assessment audit (in progress)

Making Progress

5We're already surpassing  the initial goals set for this year in regards to diversity, equality & inclusion. For example, we currently have over 50% female and ethnically diverse representation on our Senior Leadership Team. Our community programmes specifically target & benefit women and other under-represented groups. And our Intern programme is developing quickly, offering career opportunities for talented young people in 50 countries worldwide.

We're proud of this progress and remain on track to successfully acheiving all our Diversity goals well before 2025.

ASL Global has created a comprehensive roadmap to Sustainability which provides us with a progressive 5 year plan. Our plan has clear milestones and measurable targets which ensure all our company goals and values are being met and maintained.
